Understructure Mansions (USM) is a fictional real estate company offering pre-construction mansions at affordable prices. The company's mission is to assist customers in making informed decisions when purchasing pre-construction mansions.
The challenge was to develop a comprehensive branding package encompassing the brand's name, logo, stationery, and patterns, ensuring that these elements resonate deeply with the brand's message and values.
After brainstorming a lot of words that have a connection with the brand values, I came up with the name Understructure Mansions and based on that name and the research that I did, I sketched different concepts ending with a modern and minimal-based lined logo.
